May bank holiday weekend getaway.

A leisurely start heading towards Exmoor. The first stop was at Barrow Mump a church on a 23m mound on the edge of the levels.

We stopped on route to visit a willow weaving centre.

They had a dinosaur trail.

We found a Reservoir in the sun lots of people were enjoying the water.

We walked around the lake to the dam.

In the afternoon, we enjoyed a bit of quiet time. Katie was doing some crafts, and I worked on my laptop for a bit.

As the evening drew in, we headed down the hill to see a prehistoric bridge. We took a lovely walk along the valley in the evening sun.

There were a number of fallen trees that had coins pushed into them.

Finally, the view we had at dinner.
