Sun dials, Laas Vegas, and Woolly Mamoths.

A late start and another cool night’s sleep. We headed to a village called Laas which was full of character. At the church there were several types of sundials and the how far away things are sign.

There was also a number of stars on the walls with the famous people that had been there. It seemed to have a music festival setting up.

From here to a museum of pre history looking at the finds from 25000 years ago and an amazing talk on flints, fire, and hunting.

We spent hours learning about the neolithic people’s and their use of tools and haw they hunted.

Now to find a park up. The site we has been down for 48h a first in there history according to them. Frustrating but there other options. First place we tried had brand new no campervan signs the second is perfect. Katie cooked an amazing meal Cordon bleu, corn on the cob, fried gnocchi and peas. Delicious.
