We stayed within the national park with 4 other vans, unfortunately, 100% cloud cover. This is a dark sky park as no one lives in the park, so there is no light pollution.

First, we did the Vary’s loop a 2.5km route on the flat on a gravled track. Weather still very overcast.

After lunch, we tackled the 12km Letterkeen loop.
The trail started along the Bangor way, often resembling a river or a bog.

As we climbed, the weather dried up, and the clouds broke.

It was a perfect place for panoramic photos

Once we got back to the van, we had a lovely lazy afternoon enjoying the weather. We are hoping to do some stargazing tonight.
